Joining Quest
To join us, please download the membership form and accompanying documents (in PDF format), fill them in and return them by post. Alternatively you can e-mail the Membership Secretary at memsec@questgaycatholic.org.uk and request printed membership forms to be sent to you — or you can do so by filling in the form below and clicking the ‘Send message to membership secretary’ button. All the fields are required.
